Affirmative Action Plan Preparation
Millisor & Nobil provides computer assisted Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) preparation. The finished AAP meets all requirements for technical and substantive compliance as set forth in the Federal Contract Compliance Manual, used by OFCCP in conducting compliance reviews. We do all statistical analyses and can produce custom census reports.

Affirmative Action Plan Preparation Training
We can train your personnel on how to prepare, write and defend their AAP in the event of an OFCCP compliance review. The training includes in-class preparation of the statistical portion of an AAP. In addition, participants learn how to set-up record keeping systems and how to monitor the data for adverse impact once it is collected.

Management Training
OFCCP requires managers and supervisors be trained on their responsibilities in maintaining a nondiscriminatory work environment and implementing the company's AAP. We provide a full range of training programs that increase managers' awareness of EEO/AA issues, how to avoid discrimination complaints, and how to handle themselves in the event of a compliance review.

Affirmative Action Audits
Many of our clients have engaged us to conduct an audit of their affirmative action plans and the status of their affirmative action efforts to identify strengths and weaknesses in their programs. This allows the company to be proactive in eliminating potential problems before OFCCP or a lawsuit limits their ability to take remedial action.

Representation During Compliance or EEO Actions
We provide the full range of effective representation before all federal, state, and local EEO and Affirmative Action compliance agencies. Effective representation at the administrative phase can often eliminate or reduce the potential exposure to an employer from more involved and costly legal actions.
