Steve practiced employment relations law with large law firms in
Atlanta and Akron before joining Ken Millisor to create the labor
and employment firm of Millisor & Nobil in mid-1975. Steve has negotiated
numerous pattern-setting labor agreements in which labor costs have
been significantly reduced and productivity improved. He has an
outstanding success record in countering union organizing attempts.
Steve has lectured extensively on developments in employment law
and their implications for employers, and is involved in the firm's
Human Resources Management Department. A 1969 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace
College and a 1972 graduate of The Ohio State University College
of Law. Steve is extremely active in the community and serves on
the boards of several non-profit and charitable organizations. Steve
travels all over the country representing clients of the firm. Steve
also, by vote of his peers, has been listed in 'The Best Lawyers
in America' for eleven consecutive years and selected as a 'Leading
Lawyer' by Inside Business Magazine.
