R. Scot Harvey is an attorney with Millisor & Nobil Co., LPA
in Cleveland, Ohio, where he represents management in all areas
of employment law, employment litigation, and traditional labor
law. Scot’s primary practice area is litigation, including
litigation involving trade secrets and covenants not to compete.
Scot received his BA (1986) and MA (1987, political science) from
Syracuse University. He then attended The Ohio State University
College of Law and obtained his JD in May, 1990. Scot was admitted
to the Ohio Bar in November, 1990. Between 1990 and 1992, Scot served
as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Sam H. Bell, U.S. District Court,
Northern District of Ohio. In addition to all Ohio state courts,
Scot is admitted to practice before the following courts: the United
States Supreme Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit;
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; the U.S. District
Court for the Northern District of Ohio; and the U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of Ohio.
