Joni is a Workers’ Compensation and Litigation paralegal
and has twenty-five years of experience in Ohio Workers’ Compensation.
Joni has five years experience as a hearing representative for
Ohio based Third Party Administrator’s. In addition
to her duties in attending hearings she trained clients on claims
management and procedures, presented seminars, and conducted file
reviews. Before her TPA experience, she was an in-house administrator
for an Ohio based manufacturer. Here duties with that company included
management of Workers’ Compensation and Casualty claims.
Ms. Poirrier has sixteen years experience as a paralegal. Her previous
employment and her current employment with Millisor & Nobil
entail extensive management of claims inclusive of motions, file
reviews, exams, assisting in preparation of the defense of claims,
client education and litigation.
