Dave established Millisor & Nobil's Columbus office in 1983 following
a two-year stint as Chief Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General. Listed in
Chambers' USA America's Leading Lawyers for Business, The Best Lawyers in
America, and Ohio Super Lawyers, Dave's entire practice is devoted to representing
management in:
- Maintaining union-free status and resisting union organizing
efforts.
- Strategic planning in the acquisition or sale of a unionized
business.
- Defending employers charged with unfair labor practices.
- Negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
- Defending
unionized employers in grievance arbitration hearings.
